Internet shop, www.hilpharakas.ee, is being managed by HilpH OÜ.
Ordering
The order list will be created when you add your first item to the basket.
You can always change and remove goods from your basket.
The products will be available for other costumers until you have confirmed your order.
To confirm your order click on "Proceed to checkout"
You can then fill in the data required for purchase. After that you can review your order and proceed to confirm it. HilpH OÜ will then consider this order valid.
Shipping & Delivery
Order will be sent out after client has made his/her payment to us.
Standard shipping delivery takes approximately 2-5 days.
Products that have a longer delivery time, will be marked accordingly.
Returns & Replacements
Our clients have the right to cancel their order before it has been posted. In order to do that, you have to send us an notification via our website: www.hilpharakas.ee . You will be fully refunded and it should reach your account in 3 days.
If you are not satisfied with the product or it does not meet your requierments then you have the right to return it within 14 days. The product needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Refund will arrive within 7 days after we have received the product.
If the returnable product has been damaged, HilpH OÜ will keep the right to lessen the amount of the refund.
All return orders must be sent to Tehnika 117.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices on our website are in euros and the tax is included (20%).
Delivery options: ELS and Smartpost.
HilpH OÜ has the right to adjust the prices. The original price will still aplly for the products ordered before the price change.
