General Provisions
This Privacy Policy governs the principles of collecting, processing, and storing personal data. Personal data is collected, processed, and stored by the data controller TAIM OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the data controller).
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, a data subject is a customer or any other natural person whose personal data is processed by the data controller.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, a customer is anyone who purchases goods or services from the data controller's website.
The data controller follows the principles of data processing as provided by law, including processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and securely. The data controller is able to confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with the legislation.
Collection, Processing, and Storage of Personal Data
The personal data collected, processed, and stored by the data controller is collected electronically, primarily via the website and e-mail.
By sharing their personal data, the data subject grants the data controller the right to collect, organize, use, and manage personal data, as defined in the Privacy Policy, which the data subject shares with the data controller either directly or indirectly when purchasing goods or services on the website.
The data subject is responsible for ensuring that the data provided by them is accurate, correct, and complete. The data subject is obliged to notify the data controller immediately of any changes to the provided data.
The data controller shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the data subject or third parties resulting from the submission of false data by the data subject.
Processing of Customers' Personal Data
The data controller may process the following personal data of the data subject:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Shipping adress
- Bank account number
- Payment card details
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The data controller has the right to share customers' personal data with third parties, such as authorized processors, accountants, transport and courier companies, and payment service providers. The data controller transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
Andmesubjekti isikuandmete töötlemisel ja säilitamisel rakendab andmetöötleja organisatoorseid ja tehnilisi meetmeid, mis tagavad isikuandmete kaitse juhusliku või ebaseadusliku hävitamise, muutmise, avalikustamise ja mis tahes muu ebaseadusliku töötlemise eest.
The data controller stores the data of data subjects depending on the purposes of processing, but for no longer than 2 years.
